This varies from town to town and/or city.

We are based in Quincy, and have completed excavation projects all over Eastern Massachusetts, from Cape Cod to the North Shore, and west as far as Worcester. Please call us to discuss your individual project.

Do towns and cities allow contractors excavate any time during the year?

No. Cities and towns impose a moratorium period where streets cannot be excavated during the winter months.
